His name is Cecil Glenn or known as (DC the Brain Supreme.) DC Glenn and Steve Gibson, known as Steve Rolln, formed Tag Team in the early ’90s.

Their hit song, "whoomp there it is," sold over 7 million copies to date and followed up the smash single with a platinum-selling album of the same name. #1 on the Billboard Hot R&B Charts, #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 Charts, and spent 16 consecutive weeks at #1 on the Billboard sales charts. They stayed in the Top 10 of billboard's charts for a total of 34 weeks (more than any other single in the rock era. Nominated for an American Music Award of 1994, a Soul Train Music Award, an NAACP Image Award, and a Billboard Music Award in 1994. They are in the Disney Hall of Fame and Awarded the Key to the City of Miami, Florida.

They were nominated and received a Nickelodeon Kids Choice Award, and received an Atown Award.

Featured in the Walmart 2017 Christmas Campaign, Geico Commercial "Barbecue Winner," Android TV ad "Whoomp There It Is!" Featured in the AT&T commercial, Gain Detergent commercial "Oops There It Is." Featured in the commemorative commercial for Pepsi Crystal, Hershey's Swoops, Savers Thrift Store tv commercial for Halloween, and Luvs Diaper Commercial "Poop There It Is." Featured in New Line Cinema's Christmas classic "Elf, ""Addams Family Values," "The Mighty Ducks," Twentieth Century Fox's "RIO," Universal Pictures "Pitch Perfect," Dimension Film's “The Longshots,” motion picture "Gordy Pig Power," "Blankman," and "The Longshots." Licensed for Comedy Central's "The Regular Show," featured on TMZ for the Memphis Grizzlies Halftime performance, and various parody skits featured on "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon." ESPN coined "Whoomp There It Is" the song of the '90s.

ABC Television licensed the song for promoting their fall lineup in 1993 Featured on VH-1's "True Spin" TV series, featured on the "VH-1's Greatest One Hit Wonders," MTV series "Daria," "Beavis and Butthead," CBC’s "Being Erica," and performed on NBC’s “Meredith Vieira Show.” Featured performance on "Showtime at the Apollo." Performed or appeared on various late-night talk shows such as "Arsenio" and "The Conan O'Brien show." Appeared on all the key talk shows in the '90s including "Geraldo." Performed on the season premiere of "America's Funniest Videos." ABC tapped them to perform on the hit show "High School Class Reunion." Toured the world performing to sold-out audiences everywhere!

Performs Halftime shows for the Atlanta Hawks, Chicago Bulls, Philadelphia 76ers, Minnesota Timberwolves, Memphis Grizzlies, New Orleans Pelicans, Washington Wizards, Houston Rockets, Denver Nuggets, and the Los Angeles Clippers. Also performs Halftime shows for the NFL, NBA, NHL, NCAA, WNBA, World Cup Soccer, and other various sporting events around the world. Regularly Tours Casinos around the world, and regularly on the “I Love the 90’s Tour” “Freestyle Old School Jam” and “Freestyle Throwback Jam.” Toured on the Budweiser Superfest with SWV, MC Lyte, and Bell Biv Devoe Hired by the NFL to perform at the Super Bowl Experience, toured in the jungles of the Amazon for a month in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. The Walt Disney Company recruited Tag Team to perform on the smash children's album "Mickey Unwrapped." Appeared on the maiden release of Volume 1 of MTV Jock Jams, and their video was a top ten hit on all music networks including MTV, VH1, BET, and The Box.
