"Warning-"Walk a Mile in My Shoes," is known for attempting to walk through hate. Lona Currie, my wonderful Co-Host, is a transgender and appeared to walk better than I did in those show. Shirley Phelps-Roper joins us and is with, what some have declared, as the most hated church in America.

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, they are a family-based cult started by Fred Phelps in 1955. They are known for some pretty intense anti-gay beliefs.

Their website is godhatesfags.com During protests they wave flags that are not only “God Hates Fags," but also have been seen waving flags of "God Hates Jews," "Thank God for Dead Soldiers" and "Thank God for AIDS."

According to Westboro Baptist church, America has damned itself through its tolerance of homosexuality, and God is punishing the country by inflicting tragedies on its citizens.

Fred Phelps who described himself as an Old School Baptist, stated that he held to all five points of Calvinism. He particularly highlighted John Calvin's doctrine of unconditional election, the belief that God has elected certain people for salvation before birth, and limited atonement, the belief that Christ only died for the elect, and condemned those who believed otherwise.

We all must remember that, if you believe you have the right to your own beliefs, than we must allow others to also. I believe in God but have a very different understanding.

2 Corinthians “4 For if someone comes to you and preaches a Jesus other than the Jesus we preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the Spirit you received, or a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it easily enough.”

I don't want to spoil it for you but this is a little of what I learned. When you think about the faiths of the world, this really does start to make sense,

I believe from that verse in 2 Corinthians. For instance,

Mormonism teaches that Jesus was a created being who is really our spirit brother that became God — that is not the Jesus of the Bible.

Islam teaches that Jesus was just a prophet and a good teacher but not divine — that is not the Jesus of the Bible.

In that same way, Calvinism teaches a Jesus that did not come to save all and did not come to give us a choice between eternal life and eternal damnation — that is not the Jesus of the Bible.

According to Calvinism, there is no free will. If there is no free will then their argument falls apart.

How do you repent, ask for forgiveness, change your ways, or do anything the bible says we must do. If we don't choose then how does any of that happen?
