Fighting the stigma as our government, schools, and society spreads misinformation. Who wouldn't hate those evil people, especially if you are ignorant to the reality of the suffering.
Severe penalties raise the value and guarantee drugs will be available. Our politicians and society need to understand about the real world. From execution to more prisons; drugs are here to stay and we need to teach about reducing demand.
