Drug War: Pt 2 Our Government Has Determined What We Consume. Bill of Rights Has Been Destroyed.

The entire Bill of Rights has been shredded in the drug war. In Constitutional terms, “If one abolishes man’s freedom to determine his own consumption,” one does indeed “take all freedoms away.”

Nothing gives power to congress to outlaw anything I consume. How did this happen? The United States of America has a constitution that I think is misunderstood and used and misused by our citizens to either manipulate through agendas, show hypocrisy within parties, and/or remain ignorant to many Americans. Where in the Constitution does the federal government find the power to ban or regulate drugs?

People have rights that our government may not violate. Thomas Jefferson defined them as the rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The first 10 amendments to the Constitution make up the Bill of Rights. James Madison wrote the amendments, which list specific prohibitions on governmental power, in response to calls from several states for greater constitutional protection for individual liberties.

The Bill of Rights was strongly influenced by the Virginia Declaration of Rights, written by George Mason. Other precursors include English documents such as the Magna Carta, the Petition of Right, the English Bill of Rights, and the Massachusetts Body of Liberties.

The House approved 17 amendments. Of these, the Senate approved 12, which were sent to the states for approval in August 1789. Ten amendments were approved (or ratified). Virginia’s legislature was the final state legislature to ratify the amendments, approving them on December 15, 1791

Thank you Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Tucker Carlson, and Rand Paul for helping with your statements that prove our point.

Tommy Chong explains how his rights were violated and we discuss Ronald Reagan's speech and applause for destroying lives and Joe Biden's horrible bill that continued destroying lives.
